Anita C. Edwards is a native of Lafayette, LA, and has lived in Springfield, VA for nearly 30 years. Since moving to the DC metro area, Anita has held positions as Office Manager, Comptroller, Residential and Commercial Property Manager, and Construction Project Management. She has extensive experience in writing and facilitating contracts/agreements. As a great value-added benefit to her clients, Anita is a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of VA. Anita is inspired and motivated by being around people.
 
She values her client's highest and best interests above all else. After many years behind a desk, Anita joined The Seward Group to work for the best residential brokerage in the DMV and a thriving top-producing team. Whether family, a friend, or someone she just met, everyone can expect the same high-quality service from start to finish with Anita. With the highest regard for integrity, she recognizes the trust that clients place in her, and strives to exceed expectations in every interaction.

Anita is an enthusiastic leader and volunteer in her community. She is very involved in her neighborhood association as well as her church, having taught religious education for 7 years. With a community-focused attitude, Anita makes every listing feel like home. When Anita is not working, she spends time with her husband of 29 years.
 
She enjoys cooking homemade Cajun meals and entertaining for her friends and family. Anita has two children who still live in the area, so finding fun lunch spots and outings with each of them is a great pastime.
